Our Mission
The Garrard County Arts Council Inc. is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization tasked with the undertaking of art exposure and art education to the communities in Garrard and surrounding counties. The Garrard County Arts Council’s volunteers labor tirelessly at the Garrard Arts Center and within the community to enrich the lives of many, both young and old. No matter the cultural background and diversity, we serve our rural Appalachian community.
